• 10+ years of work experience, ideally with BCG or professional services.
• Experience in commercial excellence, sales enablement, or client development.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling programs across a distributed organization.
• Demonstrated change management and senior-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAMR Commercial Excellence function and oversee a team of 3.
• Drive programs across account lifecycle: REx, PEx, procurement support.
• Shape vision, operating model, and impact agenda with regional/global leaders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other functions to accelerate growth.
