Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in the United States is seeking a NAMR Commercial Excellence Director to lead the NAMR Commercial Excellence function, drive strategic initiatives, and manage a small team across offices. You will shape the commercial agenda, build programs, and partner with finance, legal, and procurement to deliver measurable impact.

You will partner with senior leaders to accelerate growth, embed best practices, and align with Global priorities while operating in a hybrid office

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in BCG or professional services.
• Experience in commercial excellence, sales or BD enablement, client development, or procurement.
• Proven ability to design and scale programs across a distributed organization.
• Strong change management and senior stakeholder influence.
• Excellent analytical and metrics reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define NAMR Commercial Excellence strategy and priorities.
• Lead a 3-person team across offices and functions.
• Develop programs for Relationship Excellence, Proposal Excellence.
• Scale the commercial agenda across offices and functions.
• Lead change management for new tools and behaviors.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Procurement on governance.
