Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a NAMR Commercial Excellence Director to lead a 3-person team and shape the commercial agenda across North America. You will drive Relationship Excellence, Proposal Excellence, and account development, partnering with offices and functions to accelerate growth.

You will build programs, set priorities, and scale successful initiatives while partnering with finance, legal, marketing, and procurement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, with commercial excellence, sales, or BD enablement as a track record.
• Proven ability to design and scale programs across a distributed organization with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort setting metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NAMR Commercial Excellence function and a 3-person team.
• Set strategy and priorities for Relationship Excellence, Proposal Excellence, and account development.
• Pilot new approaches, measure results, and scale successful programs.
• Oversee account operations, procurement governance, and NAMR initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Alumni, and Procurement to drive outcomes.
