Boston Consulting Group seeks an experienced NAMR Commercial Excellence Director to lead the NAMR Commercial Excellence function, guiding relationships, proposals, and account operations across North America. You will shape the vision, operating model, and impact agenda, working with regional and global leaders to accelerate growth and embed best practices.

You will manage a small team, partner with Finance, Legal, and Procurement, and drive change through programs, tools, and trainings.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires 10+ years of experience, with preference for commercial/excellence leadership in professional services.
• Experience in commercial excellence, sales or BD enablement, client development, key account management, procurement, or strategy and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead NAMR Commercial Excellence function with a 3-person team across offices and functions.
• Define strategy, priorities, and programs (REx, PEx, procurement, account operations).
• Scale the commercial agenda across offices, practice areas, and functions.
• Manage senior stakeholders (MDPs, Partners, CCOs) and drive adoption of tools and processes.
• Oversee integrated communications and select operations projects within NAMR Client Team.
