Boston Consulting Group NAMR is seeking a seasoned Commercial Excellence Director to lead a cross‑office function in North America. You will guide the development of Relationship Excellence, Proposal Excellence, and account operations, while partnering with regional and global leadership to accelerate growth and embed best practices.

You will manage a small team, set clear outcomes, coach staff, and drive adoption of new tools and processes across offices, practices, and functions to deliver

Formación

• 10+ years of work experience in commercial excellence or sales enablement.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, or Procurement.
• Demonstrated change management and senior stakeholder influence.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NAMR Commercial Excellence function and a team of 3.
• Set strategy and priorities for Relationship Excellence, Proposal Excellence, and account development.
• Scale programs across offices and functions; drive adoption.
• Oversee procurement and account operations governance.
