Job summary

Kaiyiee Global Talent is seeking an APP Product Growth Manager to lead user growth initiatives for the North American market. You will own growth strategies, run feature experiments, and optimize activation, retention, and referrals to grow a mobile app.

You will design viral mechanics, analyze funnels, and collaborate across product and engineering teams. Remote role with flexible arrangements, open to candidates globally, especially those with North American work/life experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct APP growth projects for the North American market (relevant experience must be verified).
• Experience leading feature growth experiments and referral/viral projects.
• Strong proficiency in funnel and retention data analysis.
• A mature executor who can derive growth strategies from user insights and has strong cross-departmental push capabilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (for internal cross-team communication).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APP growth strategy for the North American market; take ownership of feature iteration and experiments to drive activation, retention, and conversion.
• Design viral and referral mechanisms; optimize the growth funnel through data analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product implementation and ensure smooth English communication across teams.
