Job summary

Ground News is seeking a Growth Lead for our Android app to steer product marketing experiments and drive user growth and subscription revenue.

You will own the marketing-tech stack, experimentation platforms, and analytics/CDP integrations, partnering with CRO, Growth, Marketing, and Sponsorships to test hypotheses and scale impact. This role supports remote work with occasional travel to our HQ in Kitchener, Ontario.

• Share the technical direction of our Android app and directly grow user base and subscription revenue.
• Own the marketing-tech stack, experimentation platforms, and analytics/CDP integrations.
• Partner with CRO, Growth, Marketing, and Sponsorships to turn hypotheses into experiments.
• Make those partners self-sufficient with self-serve tooling while maintaining safe rollouts.
