Job summary

YipitData is hiring a Growth Product Manager to build a product-led growth motion for YipitAgent, our flagship product. You’ll own the customer journey from discovery to paid conversion, shaping trial UX, lifecycle communications, and packaging.

You’ll partner with product, design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer teams across a remote-friendly US setup. The role emphasizes growth metrics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive trials, activation, and conversion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth product management, product marketing, or similarly relevant experience.
• A track record of improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, or conversion.
• Strong product and UX judgment, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive experiences.
• Highly analytical and comfortable with funnel metrics, cohorts, experiments, and behavioral data.
• Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to combine qualitative insight with quantitative evidence.
• Experience with product-led growth, self-serve trials, or B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO, lifecycle communications, and pricing/packaging experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the growth funnel from acquisition through trial activation, engagement, conversion, and re-engagement.
• Define and measure clear goals and success metrics for each stage of the customer journey.
• Identify ‘aha’ moments through interviews, funnel analysis, and experimentation; incorporate them into UX.
• Design and optimize trial onboarding, in-product education, activation moments, and upgrades.
• Develop engagement and re-engagement tactics, including lifecycle touchpoints.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype, launch, and measure new experiences.
• Build a disciplined experimentation practice balancing learning with a cohesive customer experience.
• Communicate insights, priorities, results, and tradeoffs across the company.
