Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join the US commercial team, covering the NORAM East region. The role focuses on expanding sales of DSE Control products across a growing customer base while maintaining high levels of customer service.

The candidate will operate from a home office with international travel to support distributors and customers. The ideal candidate has proven relationships with decision makers in control electronics, strong technical and commercial

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial role selling technical products in control electronics or related sectors.
• Proven track record with key decision makers in UK & Ireland or related markets.
• Strong technical and commercial selling and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market expansion within the assigned NORAM East territory across all C&A brands and product categories.
• Develop and implement regional sales and distribution strategies; collaborate with distributors as needed.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities with distribution partners to increase market share.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects to build trust and grow profitable business.
