Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Cook I for our Noodle Bar. You will prepare foods across grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, and poaching, ensuring plates meet the chef's specifications and look appealing.

Maintain clean stations, assist teammates, and support events as needed while following safety and sanitation standards. You must be 18+, able to work holidays and weekends; compensation is hourly with 5–19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic food prep knowledge and line work experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to work holidays and weekends.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per menu for grilling, frying, baking or poaching.
• Ensure plates are visually appealing and cooked to spec.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist teammates and support during special events or parties.
• Close down workstations and report hazards or equipment issues.
