Job summary

Salesforce Marketing Specialist AE is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor who drives marketing platform solutions for nonprofit prospects and customers to deliver personalized journeys across channels and devices.

We seek an experienced quota-carrying sales executive who can work with the broader Account Team and as an Individual Contributor, driving self-generated opportunities across the Salesforce Marketing stack. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
Digital Marketing sales experience required.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing technology stack preferred.
Proven track record as Individual Contributor in a fast-growth environment.
Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert on nonprofit use of Salesforce Marketing solutions.
Enable and empower the Account team with Salesforce Marketing tech.
Identify target accounts with Account and Territory teams.
Generate revenue within a region and/or named accounts.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for the Marketing technology stack.
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation through networking and events.
Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
