Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Specialist AE to drive nonprofit marketing solutions across channels and devices. This quota-carrying role evangelizes the Salesforce Marketing stack and leads self-generated opportunities.

The candidate will own the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborate with Account Teams, and strive to exceed quotas while delivering customer value. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Digital marketing sales experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Social Studio, and Salesforce.com.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience selling at the C-level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on how nonprofit uses Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Empower and enable the Account team on Marketing technology.
• Collaborate with Account/Territory teams to identify target accounts.
• Create and drive revenue within a region or named accounts.
• Generate opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting in Salesforce customers.
• Own the sales cycle for the full Salesforce Marketing stack: lead gen, strategy, pricing, deals.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation via campaigns and networking.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
