Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding projects, configure platforms, and guide client teams to go-live. You will manage scope, milestones, and risks, while translating business needs into actionable platform settings and workflows.

The role blends project management with technical configuration and client relationship building. You will work across association management and learning platforms, ensuring clients adopt best practices and derive full value

Qualifications

• Experience leading client implementations and onboarding projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into platform configurations.
• Strong communication with technical teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Set and maintain client expectations, communicating changes proactively and surfacing issues early.
• Hold clients and internal stakeholders to agreed timelines without damaging relationships.
• Translate client requirements into platform configurations and validate that it matches needs.
• Configure application settings, workflows, and platform options to meet functional and reporting needs.
• Support data imports and validate data setup to ensure a clean go-live.
• Define, execute, and document testing to confirm requirements are met before cutover.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and system setup issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Guide client teams, share best practices, and connect business processes to platform capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level, from admins to executives.
• Contribute to documentation, provide product feedback, and mentor teammates.
