Job summary

Aldoa is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide new clients from contract to go-live. You will own the relationship end-to-end, map customer workflows to our platform, and configure software to match business processes. This is a hands-on role requiring deep product fluency and real-time troubleshooting.

You will lead onboarding, train customers, document learnings, and advocate for customers within product and engineering teams. U.S.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience leading technical software implementations.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• A creative approach to problem-solving and willingness to translate customer needs into configurations.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey for multiple customers, keeping projects on schedule and customers informed.
• Translate business needs into product configuration by mapping client workflows to our software.
• Master the product with depth in features, configurations, and technical underpinnings.
• Guide customers through onboarding, leading kickoff calls and training sessions.
• Troubleshoot in real time to resolve configuration issues or workflow mismatches.
• Document and refine playbooks from each implementation to improve processes.
• Be the voice of the customer internally by surfacing feedback to product and engineering teams.
