Momentive Software is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding projects for nonprofit and association clients. You will configure platform settings, validate data, and guide client teams from discovery to go-live, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value.

You will operate at the intersection of project management, technical configuration, and client relationships, coordinating with Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product to deliver repeatable, high-quality

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation or software delivery.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client onboarding from kickoff to go-live and manage scope, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Configure platform settings, workflows, and options to meet client needs and validate data imports.
• Define, execute, and document testing to ensure requirements are met before cutover.
• Guide clients and teams through best practices, ensuring smooth handoffs and adoption of the platform.
• Collaborate across Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product for consistent client experiences.
