Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of nonprofit experience.
• Proficient with nonprofit databases and CRM implementations.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience delivering client trainings.

Responsibilities

• Guide nonprofits through LiveImpact implementation and meet onboarding milestones.
• Review client data and assess readiness for import.
• Communicate data issues and data preparation steps to clients.
• Host client trainings during initial setup.
• Ensure correct account setup and data import validation.
• Provide triage and support in early usage.
• Advocate for LiveImpact with clients and collect feedback for product teams.
• Publish tutorials, blogs and social media posts.
