Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required.
• MBA or MPA preferred.
• Seven or more years of demonstrated nonprofit accounting experience.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting principles is required.
• Supervisory/management experience is required.
• CPA is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides senior-level financial management services to nonprofits undergoing organizational or leadership change.
• Oversees month-end close, audit support, budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial system implementations.
• Supports leadership and Boards with financial decisions by presenting analyses and communicating complex financial information clearly.
• Assists in complying with nonprofit financial reporting and disclosure standards.
• Conducts fiscal and operational infrastructure assessments to advise on sustainability.
• Oversees grant compliance including billing, budgeting, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
• Leads in business development and proposal development; coaches staff through engagements.
