Zusammenfassung

DARTS is hiring a Compliance & Finance Administrator to support the organization’s financial operations, grant compliance, billing activities, financial reporting, and internal controls. This position ensures that financial transactions, grant expenditures, client billing, accounts payable, and financial reporting are accurate, timely, well-documented, and compliant with organizational policies and applicable funding requirements.

The role is temporary, full-time and in-person in Minnesota.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, nonprofit management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with financial/accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
• Knowledge of basic accounting functions (journal entries, AP, AR, payroll).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and balance priorities with urgency.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit grant billings and reimbursement requests.
• Manage client and third-party billing.
• Respond to funder documentation requests.
• Monitor cash balances and accounts payable.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with grant objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with program and administrative staff to align financial activities with contractual and funding requirements.
