Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years in accounting or finance.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting.
• Ability to prepare data for audits and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review funds received and ensure accurate recording per procedures and grants.
• Prepare invoices and reports for funders; ensure timely grant invoicing.
• Monitor grant budgets and assist with budget modifications.
• Verify accounting data; enter data into the accounting system and generate reports.
• Support audits and provide requested documentation to external auditors.
