Job summary

Resolute Technologies, a leading nonprofit organization with a national footprint, seeks an experienced accountant for its Hoffman Estates corporate office. The role supports bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple locations.

You will manage month-end close, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with management to resolve payment issues. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and experience with Intacct or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable for small businesses is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide bookkeeping and accounting services across multiple locations.
• Perform reconciliation, analysis, and timely responses to issues.
• Maintain records by posting and allocating transactions.
• Handle month and quarter-end processes including bank reconciliations and reports.
• Produce cash flow and other financial reports for management.
