Job summary

The Only Facial is seeking an Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, support monthly close, and ensure integrity of financial reporting across locations. This on-site role manages day-to-day accounting, assists with budgeting and forecasting, and provides timely financial information to leadership.

Responsibilities include bookkeeping in QuickBooks Enterprise, preparing statements, reconciling accounts, and enabling scalable multi-entity reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Experience working with multiple business entities, locations, or franchise organizations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience preparing financial statements and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Record and reconcile all transactions (bank, credit card, loans).
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process and track intercompany transactions (corporate vs. franchise-related activity).
• Perform monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting categories.
• Track and reconcile franchise-related revenue (royalties, fees, marketing contributions).
• Support reporting by store, region, and ownership structure.
• Assist in creating scalable systems for multi-unit growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and audit-ready records.
