Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) is a national leader providing outsourced accounting to nonprofit organizations. We seek an Accountant to serve multiple clients, working virtually or on-site in a hybrid environment.

The role offers growth toward a Controller position with strong benefits and professional development opportunities. Starting base salary ranges with overtime and bonuses possible, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of related experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel to client offices when safe to do so.

Responsabilités

• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly financials and related analysis.
• Grant tracking and monitoring.
• Cash flow projections and monitoring.
• Preparation for outside audits.
