Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) is a national leader in outsourced nonprofit accounting and a Best Place to Work honoree. This Accountant role serves multiple clients, both virtually and on-site, with a clear path toward a Controller position.

We offer a hybrid work environment, a 35-hour work week, generous benefits, and a competitive starting salary. For full-time, the annual base salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 with potential overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting and/or industry; 5+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills with clients.
• Knowledge of multiple accounting software packages; QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly financial statements and related analysis.
• Grant tracking and monitoring.
• Cash flow projections and monitoring.
• Preparation for outside audits.
