Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance (required)
• 5–7+ years accounting experience
• Experience with remote environment preferred
• CPA certification is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients
• Financial reporting for management and Board decision making
• Implement improvements to accounting, operations, internal controls and policies
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general accounting, reconciliations, month-end close
• Analysis and data visualization, budgeting and forecasting
• Grant management, allocations, and funder reporting
• Prepare for and manage annual audit
• Client and staff training opportunities
