Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) is an award-winning national outsourced accounting firm focused on nonprofit organizations. We are seeking a dedicated Controller to guide client accounting, governance interactions, and financial reporting across multiple nonprofit entities.

The role is a hands-on, client-facing position with both virtual and on-site work options. The base salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year for a 35-hour work week, with potential bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–7+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with remote work is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Aufgaben

• Transform nonprofit client financial departments to support the mission.
• Prepare financial reports for management and Board decisions.
• Recommend improvements to accounting, operations, and controls.
• Handle AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and data visualization.
• Support grant management and funder reporting; prepare for audits.
