Acra Lending is expanding and looking for experienced Non-QM Account Executives nationwide!

We offer one of the most competitive commission plans in the industry:

  • $0–≤$3.0M: 45 bps
  • >$3.0M–≤$5.0M: 50 bps
  • >$5.0M: 60 bps

Top performers can earn annual incomes in the high six figures!

This Account Executive role involves developing strategies to onboard mortgage brokers, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and ensuring complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on all Acra Lending products, programs, eligibility parameters, and pricing
  • Developing and executing prospecting plans to onboard mortgage brokers
  • Preparing call lists and engaging with prospects to generate and sustain business
  • Expanding contact networks within new and existing accounts to win business
  • Submitting accurate and complete documentation for broker and loan approvals
  • Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in finance, real estate, marketing, or sales (not mandatory)
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with web search engines like Google and Bing
  • Proactive, driven attitude with strong closing skills

Credentials and Experience:

  • Sales experience is mandatory
  • Mortgage experience is highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and adequate car insurance

Compensation ranges from $27,000 to $200,000 in your first year.
