Responsibilities
- Meet or Exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Cultivate new customers and work existing dormant or inactive accounts
- Develop a pipeline of new loan submissions
- Master portal and systems, submission process, and requirements, to ensure smooth customer service
- Pipeline management to ensure loan pull through
- Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines
- Maintain $2,000,000.00 in monthly production
- Confident personality with strong communication skills
- Structure loans with broker partners
- Have a current active book of Non-QM business
- Develop detailed strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned accounts or territory
- Identify and qualify opportunities, develop and manage pipeline, and follow up on leads to close
- Provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence to management and the team
Qualifications
- Current Wholesale AE experience with a book of business supporting Mortgage Brokers
- Thorough knowledge of Non-QM
- Relationship building skills internally and externally, with the ability to educate customers on processes and policies
- Understanding of current industry compliance policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, motivated, results-oriented with a prospecting mindset
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Effective verbal and written communication, capable of presenting to executives
- Ability to collaborate across teams
