We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join the dynamic team.
Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of broker relationships, focusing on the promotion and sale of our Non-QM loan products. You will leverage your expertise in the mortgage industry to provide outstanding support and service to our partners, driving growth and maximizing opportunities in this specialized market.
**100% remote position, but candidates need to be located in the contiguous United States**
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and other partners, effectively communicating the value of our Non-QM products.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Non-QM loan products, including guidelines, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively educate and assist brokers.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to target new broker accounts while enhancing service to existing partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings related to Non-QM products. Provide insights to the team and recommend adjustments to our approach.
- Training and Support: Offer training and ongoing support to brokers on our products, underwriting guidelines, and submission processes to ensure their success in selling our offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to streamline processes and enhance the overall broker experience.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate feedback from brokers regarding product offerings and market needs to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending, with a strong emphasis on Non-QM products.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships in a wholesale environment.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with mortgage software and CRM systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Initial guarantee or ramp up structure. Tiered commission structure.
