Responsibilities
- Meet or Exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Cultivate new customers and work existing dormant or inactive accounts.
- Develop pipeline of new loan submissions.
- Master portal and systems, submission process, and requirements, to ensure smooth customer service.
- Pipeline management to ensure loan pull through.
- Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines.
- Maintain $2,000,000.00 in monthly production.
- Confident personality with strong communication skills
- Structure loans with broker partners
- Have a current active book of Non-QM business
- Develop detailed strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned accounts or territory
- Identify and qualify opportunities, develop a pipeline, and manage it effectively to close deals
- Provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence to management and the team
Qualifications
- Current Wholesale AE experience with a book of business, supporting Mortgage Brokers.
- Thorough knowledge of Non-QM
- Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally, with the ability to educate customers on process and policies.
- Understanding of current industry compliance policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, results-oriented with a prospecting mentality.
- Strong negotiation, selling, and closing skills.
- Ability to present effectively to an executive-level audience.
- Ability to collaborate across teams.
