Our client is a newly established and rapidly growing nationwide Non-QM wholesale lender specializing in DSCR loans, with the full gamut of Non-QM offerings (bank statement, P&L, 1099, WVOE, asset depletion, foreign national, 2nd's, and an RTL 'fix to rent'). Offering competitive products at highly competitive pricing, designed to help brokers grow their business. As they continue their expansion, this lender is looking for dynamic, results-driven Wholesale Account Executive's to join the team and help fuel their continued success.

As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers, bankers, and other lending professionals.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, bankers, and other business partners across the country.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients to grow your book of business in the Non-QM lending space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, account managers, operations, and marketing) to ensure a smooth and efficient lending process from start to finish.

Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling:

  • Become an expert in the company’s DSCR loan products and other Non-QM offerings.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide in-depth loan guidance to brokers, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and features of our products.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales with a focus in Non-QM
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales, business development, and relationship management within the wholesale mortgage industry.

Compensation:

Offering an initial 3 month guarantee (non-recoverable draw) before moving to a draw. Tiered commission structure off monthly volume funded.
