Stop & Shop is seeking a store leader to oversee multiple departments, drive sales and maintain high standards of customer service. You will manage daily operations, coach teams, and ensure a safe, well-stocked store aligned with company goals.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history, and strong communication across functions. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of Grocery, General Merchandise, Health & Beauty Care, Frozen, and Dairy departments.
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
