Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Social Services professional to assist the Director in ensuring the emotional and social needs of residents are met, while supporting planning, organization, and direction of the community’s Social Services Department.

The role references compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and requires a high school diploma with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and long-term care experience.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Long term care experience preferred.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: 7:30a - 4:00p
• Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
