Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Social Services professional for a skilled nursing facility to oversee the resident social services program and support the Director in delivering compassionate care.

You will plan, organize, and direct the Social Services Department, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and facility policies while contributing to a family-like, patient-centered environment.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday
• Wage: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
