DJ's Landscape Management in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Seasonal Salt Truck Driver to help keep commercial parking lots clear and safe during winter. No CDL? No problem—the Chauffeur's License is all you need to join our team and support our on-site operations.

This part-time, seasonal role runs from November 15 through April 15, with potential for full-time based on performance. Weekly pay, base pay of $26–$30 per hour, and assistance to obtain MDOT and Chauffeur licenses are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Chauffeur's License.
• Drive Non CDL salt trucks to distribute salt and de-icing materials on commercial parking lots.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Duration

Requirements

• Drive Non CDL salt trucks to distribute salt and de-icing materials on commercial parking lots
• Monitor weather conditions and parking lot surfaces to ensure timely response
• Play a vital role in keeping our community safe during winter
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Valid Chauffeurs License(company will assist in acquiring one)
