Coleman Worldwide Moving is hiring non‐CDL drivers for immediate openings. Positions involve loading, transporting, and unloading household goods. Drivers will lead a crew, interact with customers daily, and have opportunities for growth.

Compensation starts at $18 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must have a clean driving record and comply with a zero‑tolerance drug policy.

Responsibilities
  • Transport goods using a company truck.
  • Lead crew in loading and unloading shipments.
  • Inspect shipments for proper packing or wrapping before loading.
  • Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
  • Assist with loading trucks and containers for interstate freight.
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of trucks, moving equipment, and straps.
  • Maintain documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
  • Lift and carry household goods between residences and vehicles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Real ID, Complaint ID or driver’s license preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel locally, intrastate, and/or interstate.
  • Ability to operate a box truck.
  • Excellent communication skills and reliability.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
Working Conditions
  • Indoor and outdoor work.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, frequent squatting, bending, stair use.
  • Long periods of driving.
