Job Overview

Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for non‑CDL driving positions. This full‑service moving company seeks drivers to load, transport, and unload household goods, acting as a leader for moving crews and interacting with customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck
• Lead the crew in loading and unloading shipments onto and off the truck
• Inspect shipments for proper packaging or wrapping before loading
• Perform accurate inventory of shipment contents
• Assist in loading trucks or containers for interstate movement
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of moving equipment, truck, straps, tensioners, and walkboards
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be willing to travel locally, intrastate, and/or interstate
• Ability to operate a box truck
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality; ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of DOT regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Real ID, Complaint ID, or Driver’s License

Working Conditions

Indoor and outdoor work, lifting up to 50pounds, frequent squatting, bending, stair use, and long periods of driving.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $19–$21 depending on experience
• Incentives above and beyond hourly rate for exceptional work
• 40hours vacation pay after 1year of employment
