Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is hiring non‑CDL drivers to load, transport, and unload household goods while leading a crew and interacting with customers.Locally based in Louisville, KY, pay ranges from $18–$21 per hour depending on experience.

Ideal candidates will be able to travel as needed, operate a box truck, and comply with DOT regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required; real ID/CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead crew in loading shipments onto and off the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform inventory of shipments.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for interstate commerce.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of the truck, moving equipment, straps, tensioners, walkboards, etc.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residences and vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Overview

Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for non‑CDL driving positions. As a driver you will load, transport, and unload household goods while leading your crew and interacting with customers on a daily basis. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour, varying with experience.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead crew in loading shipments onto and/or off the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for interstate commerce.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of the truck, moving equipment, straps, tensioners, walkboards, etc.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Willingness to travel local, intrastate, and/or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality, with ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Required Education and Experience
