Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for technical assistance to clients and partners.
• Remotely monitor VSAT systems and terrestrial networks for performance issues.
• Address concerns and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat; generate tickets.
• Respond to monitoring notifications and provide client reports.
• Take ownership to respond with resolutions within policy time limits.
• Create performance reports for customer systems and services.
• Assist in installation, operation, and maintenance of earth station and VSAT equipment.
• Execute service configuration requests per Isotropic processes.
• Monitor equipment operation and history for proper functioning.
