Job summary

Midco of South Dakota, Inc. is hiring two NOC Technician I positions. Onsite schedule includes varied shifts, with alternating weekend coverage.

The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting a multi-service network delivering video, internet, voice, and enterprise services. The NOC Technician will analyze network events, coordinate resolutions, document activities, and communicate impacts with teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–4+ years in technical support, telecom, networking, IT help desk, or related field.
• Position may be filled at NOC Technician I, II, or III based on qualifications and experience.
• Familiarity with network monitoring, incident management, change management, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Midco's multi-service network to identify events, impairments, and outages.
• Evaluate alarms and disruptions to assess impact and response.
• Troubleshoot incidents using established tools and procedures.
