Job summary

novulsolutions seeks JRSS NOC Technicians to support 24/7 operations at Scott AFB, IL. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, failover, incident documentation and service restoration across MPLS and JRSS infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have an active Secret clearance, Security+ CE, and experience with routers, switches, routing protocols, Cisco, Juniper, alarm surveillance, and fault management. This role requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant NOC experience.
• Ability to support 24/7 operations including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with routers, switches, routing protocols, Cisco or Juniper.
• Understanding of network topologies and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot JRSS infrastructure during 24/7 operations.
• Document outages and resolutions in incident management systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and NOC teams to restore services.
• Assist with change management and fault isolation.
• Support real-time failover during maintenance and outages.
