Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
• Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent).
• 2-4 years of recent and relevant technical experience.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute network operations including customer traffic analysis.
• Perform real-time customer failover for service restoration.
• Work with customers to ensure network availability.
• Proactively monitor network alarms.
• Conduct hardware replacement and software configurations.
