Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a NOC, network operations, or related environment.
• Ability to support a 24/7 operations schedule including nights and weekends.
• Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, or LAN maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute network operations across MPLS and JRSS infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze customer traffic across mission-critical network environments.
• Perform real-time customer failover during outages.
