Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 to 4+ years of technical experience, depending on level.
• Position may be filled at NOC Technician I, II, or III based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Midco's multi-service network to identify events, impairments, and outages.
• Evaluate alarms, disruptions, and equipment notifications to assess impact and response.
• Troubleshoot incidents using established tools and procedures.
• Document events, maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolutions in systems.
• Coordinate restoration activities during outages and assist in root cause analysis.
• Communicate events and impacts with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support maintenance activities with pre- and post-maintenance validation.
