Job summary

DOCOMO PACIFIC in Guam seeks a NOC Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and protect services that keep Guam and the CNMI connected 24/7. You will own network monitoring and incident response, coordinating across teams to ensure reliability and performance.

The role demands a calm, analytical problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork. You’ll support change management, tickets, and continuous improvement while serving staff and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent military training.
• 4-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry or service provider networks.
• Experience with Technology or Business Support Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks and incidents end-to-end to ensure reliability.
• Manage trouble tickets from start to finish per SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Care, Field Ops, IT, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Assist with training staff and contribute to policy improvements.
