Job summary

Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+ Certification.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and hardware/software integration.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of HSRP and BGP routing protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network management systems and coordinate with providers to restore services.
• Document and maintain incident records in the incident management platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues or escalate as needed.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders during incidents.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure service continuity.
