Job summary

Endsight is seeking a System Administrator to join the Network Operations Center, supporting Napa-based and US remote operations. You will analyze alerts, identify root causes, and drive resolutions to prevent recurrence. Join a team focused on proactive care, reliability, and value delivery for customers.

You will own triage, durable remediation, backups and patches, and clear handoffs to account managers. Effective communication and steady, proactive problem-solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT operations, NOC support or similar role in MSP/technical services.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure alerts and response.
• Strong Windows and Linux server knowledge, patch and backup processes.
• Experience with monitoring platforms (Ninja, N-Central, ConnectWise Manage, Datto RMM).
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes, not just symptoms.
• Clear communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to follow standard work and contribute to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Triaging alerts to identify real issues, assess impact, and take action.
• Resolve alerts to root cause with durable remediation.
• Monitor backups, patches, and infrastructure to preempt risks.
• Tune alerts and reduce noise for essential signals.
• Prepare clean handoffs for account managers and customers.
• Maintain backlog and provide insights at 1:1s.
• Contribute to proactive monitoring improvements.
