Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an NOC Supervisor in Massachusetts to lead daily NOC operations, monitor critical network services, and mentor technicians across shifts. The role includes incident management, escalation handling, and collaboration with Tier 2 and engineering teams to restore services quickly.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, experience in incident management, and proficiency with monitoring and ticketing tools, ensuring high-quality customer support

Qualifications

• Leading daily operations of a NOC and mentoring staff.
• Managing escalations and incident communications.
• Overseeing ticket lifecycle and service readiness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise NOC technicians across shifts and assist with scheduling.
• Lead major incident bridges as Incident Manager and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Oversee trouble ticket lifecycle and ensure timely resolution and quality.
• Maintain awareness of network health using monitoring tools and drive improvements.
• Train staff, maintain documentation, and develop new procedures.
