Job summary

Coretek is seeking a NOC Administrator to monitor and triage infrastructure events with Level 2 depth. You will ensure IT services run smoothly, escalate incidents, and coordinate with engineers and vendors to resolve issues for multiple clients.

The role requires strong communication, ticketing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including nights or weekends. MS/Cloud familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred or 2 years in a NOC.
• Networking and ITIL-based ticketing experience is a plus.
• Certifications such as Network+/A+ & CCNA are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure and events from the event management system.
• Respond to alerts to minimize downtime and resolve incidents.
• Provide Level 2 triage and escalation for infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain tickets and communicate status to clients and internal teams.
• Support daily NOC operations and contribute to knowledge base updates.
