Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to alerts in a 24x7 NOC environment and triage, resolve, or escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales Ops, App Dev, DBAs, Security, Facilities, Network, Storage, and Service Desk to resolve incidents and resume normal operations.
• Craft clear incident notifications detailing scope and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
