Job summary

Highrise AI, a GPU-native infrastructure platform and Hut 8 subsidiary, is seeking a customer-focused engineer to support AI/ML infrastructure in the United States. You will provide low-latency, context-aware support, triage inbound incidents, and collaborate with SRE to maintain fleet health across compute, storage, and network.

Travel to data centers is required; hybrid or remote work is available depending on location.

Qualifications

• College diploma or degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supporting customers using network/compute infrastructure in 24x7 environments.
• Strong analytical skills, prioritization, and customer service orientation.
• Travel to data centers required; flexibility for incidents outside regular hours.
• Hybrid or remote depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 oversight and response to service impacts on AI/ML infrastructure.
• Provide low-latency, context-aware customer support and manage impacts to compute, storage, and network.
• Drive customer-driven workflow by aiding in triage of inbound cases and providing timely incident updates.
• Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and aid SRE in fleet management and maintenance.
